Set up and operate compression moulding machines in accordance with specifications.
- Load raw materials into moulds and ensure proper alignment and placement.
- Monitor moulding process, machine temperatures, pressures, and cycle times.
- Remove finished products from moulds, inspect for defects, and trim excess material.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of moulds and machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues or quality concerns.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Coordinate with quality control to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
