  • Set up and operate compression moulding machines in accordance with specifications.
  • Load raw materials into moulds and ensure proper alignment and placement.
  • Monitor moulding process, machine temperatures, pressures, and cycle times.
  • Remove finished products from moulds, inspect for defects, and trim excess material.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of moulds and machinery.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues or quality concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with quality control to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
