**ob Summary**

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient **CNC Designer** to join our team. The CNC Designer will be responsible for preparing precise CNC programs, developing tool paths, and converting design concepts into manufacturable components for high-quality wooden furniture and interior elements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (ArtCAM, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and design files to generate accurate tool paths for CNC machines.
- Collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure feasibility of designs for machining.
- Plan machining strategies to optimize material usage, minimize waste, and improve production efficiency.
- Conduct trial runs and verify outputs, making adjustments in design files or programming as needed.
- Maintain an organized library of CNC files, templates, and machining parameters for future reference.
- Stay updated with CNC design techniques, woodworking innovations, and furniture manufacturing trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **CNC Designer / CAD-CAM Programmer** in a woodworking, furniture, or interior manufacturing environment **(1-3 years preferred).**:

- Strong proficiency in **ArtCAM** (mandatory).
- Sound understanding of woodworking materials such as MDF, plywood, veneer, laminate, and hardwood.
- Ability to read and translate technical drawings into CNC-compatible programs.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and creativity in design-to-production transitions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
