Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Eye Surgeon (Ophthalmologist) to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of eye conditions and diseases. The role involves performing advanced surgical procedures, providing outpatient consultations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular diseases and disorders.
- Perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, glaucoma surgeries, retinal detachment repair, corneal transplants, etc.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, or therapies as appropriate.
- Manage ophthalmic emergencies and urgent cases.
- Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Educate patients and families on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Participate in continuous professional development, training, and research activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS degree with recognized specialization in Ophthalmology (MS/MD/DNB or equivalent).
- Valid medical license/registration to practice as an ophthalmologist.
- Proven experience in performing major and minor eye surgeries.
- Strong knowledge of the latest diagnostic and surgical technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and high-quality care.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
