The F&B Host/Hostess is the first point of contact of the Restaurant, so it is important you smile and offer a warm greeting to all our guests at all time. Multi-skilling is vital in today’s hotel industry, so you will have many opportunities to work within The Balcon and participate in all activities of the reception (great and seat guests, cloakroom, cashiering). The F&B Host/Hostess is expected to provide a high standard of service with confidence and a professional matter and exceed customers expectations at all times. You will be the helpful and promote a professional image; give full cooperation to any client requiring assistance with a caring attitude.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greets and welcomes arriving guests
- Escorts customers to their tables or the waiting area
- Takes reservations and assigns guests on the waiting list
- Answers phone calls and customer inquiries
- Assists restaurant staff when necessary
- Maintains clean and organized tables, chairs, and dining sets
- Provides menu and server information

**Job Requirements**
- Relevant hostess experience required
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to interact with multiple types of people
- Able to move constantly and remain on feet for long periods of time
- Excellent personal hygiene and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
