**Responsibilities**:
Photo Editing: Perform high-quality editing, retouching, and color correction on photographs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom.

Video Production: Edit, assemble, and finalize video projects (fast-cut, vertical, short-form), ensuring consistency with the Tryambaka Photography brand style. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or similar professional video editing software is required.

Dynamic Content Creation: Create compelling, short-form video content, including Reels, designed for maximum engagement on social platforms.

Album Design & Print Production:Design and layout custom photo albums (e.g., wedding, event) using professional design software.

Maintain a deep understanding of print production processes, including color space (e.g., sRGB, CMYK), file preparation, and bleed/trim requirements.

Consult on and maintain knowledge of various paper materials, finishes, and album thickness/binding styles to ensure a premium final product.

Graphic Design: Develop basic graphic elements and simple motion graphics for use in both photo and video content.

Project Management: Ensure all photo, video, and album design content is delivered on time and to the required specifications, maintaining a strict adherence to deadlines.

Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and publish content (including stories and feed posts) across various social media platforms, writing engaging and effective captions that enhance the visual media.

Qualifications:
Proven, professional experience as a Photo and Video Editor.

Attention to details.

Expert-level knowledge of photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom).

Demonstrated proficiency in professional video editing software (DaVinci Resolve preferred).

A portfolio showcasing strong abilities in fast-cut video editing, Reels/Shorts creation, and graphic design.

Essential Experience with professional photo album design and layout.

Strong knowledge of print technology, printing standards, and material science (paper types, thickness, binding).

Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for posting.
