**Real Estate Photo Editor & Trainer (Remote Position)**

**Location**: Remote

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time
**Schedule Options**: 16:00 PM - 01:00 AM AEST or 8:00 AM - 17:00 PM AEST

**The Role**

We are seeking an **experienced Real Estate Photo Editor & Trainer** who is not only skilled in photo editing but also has the ability to train and mentor other editors. This role will primarily focus on **high-quality real estate photo editing** while also playing a key role in **quality control, feedback, and training initiatives**.

This is a **remote position**, offering flexible scheduling with two available shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **high-quality** real estate photo editing, including HDR processing, color corrections, day-to-dusk conversions, item removal, and other enhancements.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the **Key Accounts** team and management.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and project execution.
- Collaborate with the **Manager** to provide regular project updates and reports.
- Identify and propose **workflow and technology improvements** to optimize efficiency and quality.

**About You**
- **Fluent in English** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Experienced Real Estate Photo Editor** - Advanced Photoshop skills and expertise in **real estate HDR editing** are highly preferred.
- **Strong Communicator & Trainer** - Ability to give clear instructions, provide constructive feedback, and train team members.
- **Detail-Oriented & Organized** - Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Tech-Savvy** - Comfortable using digital tools for training, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- **Proactive Problem-Solver** - Capable of analyzing challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- **Team Player** - Works well with cross-functional teams, managers, and other departments.
- **Remote Work Experience** - Preferred but not required.
