**Location**: Remote (Preferably based in India)

**Working Days**: Tuesday to Saturday

**Working Hours**: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Singapore Time / 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM India Time

Alangkaar is a premier wedding and event planning company based in Singapore, specializing in Indian weddings across Southeast Asia and beyond. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Photo Editor** to join our creative team and help us deliver world-class visual content to our clients.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative **Photo Editor** who will manage the full post-production workflow for wedding and event photography. You will collaborate with photographers and clients to ensure the final output meets our luxury brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Image Selection**: Review and shortlist the best images from weddings and events.
- **Color Correction**: Ensure accurate color balance, tone, and consistency across photo sets.
- **Photo Retouching**: Perform advanced retouching including skin smoothing, object removal, and background enhancement while maintaining a natural look.
- **Pictime Upload**: Organize, resize, and upload finalized images to Pictime for client access.
- **Client Meetings**: Conduct virtual meetings with clients to assist in the selection of images for albums, canvases, and frames.
- **Album & Print Design**: Coordinate layout design and printing specifications for wedding albums and wall art.
- **Print Management**: Liaise with printing vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed products.
- **File Management**: Maintain organized backups and proper naming conventions for all media files.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct final quality checks on all images and printed materials before delivery.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with photographers, designers, and customer service teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on latest editing techniques, tools, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photo editor or retoucher, preferably in wedding or portrait photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Pictime (or similar platforms).
- Strong artistic sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Access to high-speed internet and a powerful editing workstation.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with Indian wedding photography.
- Knowledge of album design software like SmartAlbums or Fundy.
- Familiarity with cloud storage and backup systems (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).

**Compensation**

Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
