We are a leading player in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, known for delivering high-quality products across various categories. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Packaging Designer to enhance our packaging designs, focusing on functionality, brand identity, and consumer appeal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design innovative and eye-catching packaging for FMCG products, from concept development to final production.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to create packaging that resonates with consumers and aligns with brand values.
- Develop sustainable and cost-effective packaging solutions that comply with environmental standards and regulations.
- Create 2D and 3D mock-ups, prototypes, and digital renderings to present design concepts and test functionality.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor packaging to ensure our designs stand out in a crowded marketplace.
- Select appropriate materials and packaging formats that enhance product shelf life, usability, and consumer experience.
- Ensure packaging designs meet FMCG industry regulations, including safety standards, labeling, and legal requirements.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in packaging materials, design techniques, and industry innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in packaging design, particularly within the FMCG sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and 3D modeling tools.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, sustainability practices, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with eco-friendly packaging solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food, cosmetics, and other consumer goods packaging.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
