We are Hiring Job Title:New Product Development & Designing Executive – Printing & Packaging Location:Mumbai Industry:Printing & PackagingAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly skilledNew Product Development & Designing Executiveto join our dynamic team in the printing and packaging sector. This role focuses on end-to-end product design and development, bridging the gap between factory operations, management, sales, and customers to deliver innovative packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with strong technical skills, a deep understanding of printing processes, and a proven ability to transform concepts into tangible, high-quality products.Key Responsibilities: · Leadnew product developmentfrom concept to production, ensuring design feasibility and compliance with technical standards. · Collaborate closely withfactory operations, management, customers, and the sales teamto align designs with client expectations and production capabilities. · Createhigh-quality designsfor packaging and print materials using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator. · Conductpractical product assessmentsand make recommendations to improve design, cost efficiency, and quality. · Support costing and budgeting by collaborating with the finance team using ERP. · Participate infactory visits and client meetingsfrequently to monitor production, troubleshoot design challenges, and ensure timely delivery.Required Skills & Experience: ·Proficiency in CorelDRAW 2025 and Adobe Illustratorwith a minimum of2 years of hands-on experiencein designing for printing/packaging. · Minimum2 years of professional experiencein advertising, print media, printing & packaging, or related industries. · Exposure tooffset and/or gravure printing processesis preferred. · Familiarity with costing or ERP tools (Mannat ERP, SAP, Tally) is a plus. · Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Additional Requirements: · Willingness totravel frequentlyfor factory visits and client meetings. · Flexibility to managelate working hoursas per project requirements.Why Join Us: · Work in ahighly creative, fast-paced environmentwhere every day brings new design challenges. · Be part of a team thatshapes the future of packaging, turning ideas into products that stand out on the shelves. · Gain hands-on experience withcutting-edge printing and packaging technologiesthat few get to explore. ·Your designs will be seen, touched, and experiencedby customers—making your creativity tangible in the real world. · Grow with a company thatvalues innovation, encourages experimentation, and celebrates creative wins.
