**Job Description of Support Executive**
A Support Executive in e procurement service providers is responsible for providing assistance and support to customers who are using the e-procurement platform. Their primary role is to address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints or issues related to the platform in a timely and efficient manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing support and assistance to customers to resolve their issues or problems
- Identifying and escalating issues that require further attention to the appropriate department or team
- Conducting training sessions for customers to educate them on the platform
- Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions to common problems
- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience on the platform
- Providing feedback to management to help improve products, services and customer support processes
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Keeping up to date with changes in the e-procurement platform and related industry trends
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with e-procurement software and tools
- Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging customers or situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
