**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients, explaining our products and services.
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and pitch appropriate products and services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to drive business growth.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.
- Document call details and follow up on all action items and inquiries.
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- **Basic computer skills**, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle **rejection** and **difficult customers**.
- Goal-oriented, with a **positive attitude** and a willingness to learn.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
- 2-3 Years with a good command of communication are also encouraged to apply.
- **High school diploma** or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
