**Job Summary**:
As a Store Executive specializing in Building Materials, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management, procurement, and customer service. Your role involves ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining adequate stock levels, and delivering exceptional service to customers. The store executive plays a crucial role in optimizing store performance and contributing to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of building materials, including Pipes, Steel, TMT,Electricals and other construction supplies.
- Conduct regular stock checks, inventory audits, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- **Procurement and Supplier Management**:

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure building materials based on store requirements and customer demand.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure timely supply.
- **Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of building materials in the warehouse.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery or pickup of materials.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange transportation and delivery schedules.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, contractors, and builders visiting the store.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist customers in selecting appropriate building materials based on their requirements and budget.
- Cross-sell and upsell complementary products and accessories to increase sales revenue.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises, including aisles, shelves, and display areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store security procedures.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales transactions, and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance and inventory status.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train store staff on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in inventory management or store operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in store operations, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Store-based work with occasional outdoor activities, such as inventory inspections and customer visits.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate store opening hours and peak customer traffic.
- Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions and operational tasks.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
