**About us**:
**Internship Overview**:
ShareChat is looking for a Kannada Intern - Content and Creator Operations, with a critical and analytical mindset who can handle various strategic responsibilities like creator identification, onboarding, maintenance, campaign ideation and stakeholder management. You should be able to manage projects, and generate valuable insights, interfacing across the team that drive operational excellence across the entire platform.

**What you’ll do**:
Evaluate all the creator-leads for quality of content & creation and onboard as per the requirements

Responsible for managing internal operations related to creator-onboarding

Come up with innovative ways to identify new creators across different content-categories

Collaborate, consult, and effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to business leaders

Acquire an understanding and share the content needs of our platform and make sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them

Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users

Deep understanding of the culture, latest trends and pop culture of the region to advise clients better to ensure deeper engagement

Help in ideating for campaigns (based on current trends and relevance to lingual group) and running online campaigns for the specific markets

Resolve any issues and problems faced by his/her portfolio of content creators promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust

**Who you are**:
Proficiency in Kannada language (reading, writing, speaking, typing) and business proficiency in English

Self-starter, capable of taking initiative and working with mínimal direction

Ask questions to clearly align yourself with day-to-day tasks

Basic skills in MS-Excel/Google Sheets is a must

Highly collaborative, flexible, team player, and result-oriented

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up culture

Good understanding of social media platforms and trends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with strategic users
