What does the team do?

ShareChat is looking for a Kannada Intern with a creative and analytical mindset who can handle various strategic responsibilities like creator onboarding operations, creator identification, and stakeholder management. You should be able to manage projects and generate valuable insights, interfacing across the team that drive operational excellence across the entire platform. You would have to be fluent in your regional language (Kannada) and will be instrumental in helping us in ideating the content and run online campaigns for specific lingual groups and markets. You will drive regular communication with the top user community and will be actively involved in increasing their engagement on our platform.

**What you’ll do**:
Understand our target audience and users

Interest in News/ Sports/ Emotions/ Humour/ Technology Category of Information.

Review images and videos posted and moderate profiles on the platform

Assist our Leads in developing online campaigns and come up with interesting captions -to increase engagement on the platform

Review ShareChat and other platforms, to discover talented creators in specific categories

Regular communication with the top users, collecting feedback, and suggesting ways for them to drive more engagement

Responsible for managing internal as well as external team operations related to creator-onboarding

Come up with innovative ways to identify new creators across different content-categories

Collaborate, consult, and effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to business leaders

**Who you are**:
Written and spoken fluency in the Kannada language and business proficiency in English

Previous experience in managing online community relations, marketing, and sales is a plus

Basic skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs)

Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines

Deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture

The ability to connect with the target audience and have a creative bent to get them to engage more will be an added plus

Discipline and rigor to ensure day-to-day tasks are closed with no lags
