**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as directed by the healthcare team.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other team members to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and aftercare, fostering an environment of understanding and support.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices and safety protocols.
- Mentor and support junior staff and nursing students, sharing your knowledge and experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; an Associate’s degree is acceptable.
- Valid nursing license
- 3-4 years of nursing experience in [specific area, e.g., medical-surgical, pediatrics, ICU].
- Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
- Current CPR and BLS certifications; ACLS certification is a plus.
