**Position Statement / Purpose**:

- This role is responsible for involvement throughout the monitoring lifecycle - understand requirements, create and review scripts, deploy in production and real-time maintenance. This role shall drive through providing excellent customer experience by continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities (Job Description)**:

- ** Implement & adapt Agile process**:You will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of automation bots/scripts with emphasis on quality assurance and tracking appropriately.
- ** Innovative Solutions**: You will also be responsible for defining and driving innovative automated solutions into our overall processes that support and enhance the current Quality Assurance processes.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:You will work closely with various Business & Technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are met as per expectation.
- ** Flexible with target oriented environment**: Work in very challenging environment - 24*7 & with high emphasis on timelines.
