Unilights is a leading provider of innovative lighting solutions, with an extensive range of products manufactured across two standalone factories spanning over 100,000 sq. ft. and employing a dedicated team of more than 150 workers. Our upcoming Lighting Experience Center, covering nearly 20,000 sq. ft., will be the first of its kind in India. Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative lighting products that align with the company's brand identity.

2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

3) Utilize CAD software for 3D modeling and create detailed design documentation for manufacturing.

4) Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for lighting products, including online and offline channels.

5) Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

6) Collaborate with the design team to ensure product features and benefits are effectively communicated in marketing materials.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or any design-related field.

2. Proven experience in product design, preferably in the lighting industry.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.

4. Proficiency in CAD software and graphic design tools.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

7. A portfolio showcasing successful product designs and marketing materials.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year
