**PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**
- No of openings: - 10
- Work Timing: - 12 hours rotational shift
- Location - Jayashree spun bond (Factory)
- **Qualification**:Any Diploma / Any degree with relevant work experience

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervises staff to produce manufactured goods, organize and monitor workflow.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
- Perform verification of production output according to the specifications.
- Stock management

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Team Management and Coaching
- Production planning and Quality control
- Process improvement and efficiency.
- Strong communication and self-motivated.

**Compensation**
- CTC: Rs 1.5 LPA - 2 LPA depending upon the experience and work efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
