**Job Summary**:

- Architecting solutions in Python
- Consulting team on technical matters
- Leading the team in technical delivery

Communicating with clients

**Technical Skills**:

- Should have strong architectural experience with python API and containerization
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Python
- Should be hands on in python and be a great problem solver.
- Should be able to setup coding standards / guidelines and perform code reviews.
- Should be able to understand complex python infrastructure and tailor it to meet platform requirement
- Excellent Knowledge on Python 2 and 3.
- Good knowledge of Django, CherryPy, MySQL, Dynamo DB
- Good knowledge of Swagger, Solar/Elastic Search, Ansible
- Good knowledge of AWS (s3, EC2, Kinesis, Snowflake)
- Should be able to setup Docker files and work with Devops to setup Kubernates cluster.
- Architect should be able to restructure the existing platform so that it can be fully containerized and be able to scale up to billions of records.
- Excellent R & D skills
- Experience of working in agile teams with deep understanding and appreciation for agile development practices such as automated Unit testing, test driven development etc.
- Should be able to talk to business stake holders / product owners on design and integration aspects.

Industry knowledge
- familiar with industry changes in technology standards, information management, development standards, methods and emerging software in order to advise on technology and leverage industry best practice in the design and construction of software products

- Ability to interact with various stakeholders in the organization and lead technical initiatives
- Should be able to guide multiple project teams simultaneously and work as Technical Evangelist to explore and institutionalize emerging technologies, tools and best practices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, mentor and work with team members.
