1Lattice is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Manager, Content and Social Media. In this role, you will create and maintain high-quality content across various digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, reports, and press releases. You will work closely with the design team to create engaging visual content and collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our messaging. This role is for you if you are a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for crafting compelling content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proofread and streamline newsletters to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
- Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing social media posts, both static and video, that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Write engaging and persuasive social media copy that captures our target audience's attention and drives user engagement.
- Maintain and organize dashboards to track key social media metrics, performance indicators, and campaign data.
- Create and develop compelling video content for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our content strategy.
- Proofread reports and other written materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Write and edit press releases to effectively communicate company news, announcements, and updates to the media and the public.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to gather information and insights necessary for content creation
