**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students with different abilities and learning styles
- Deliver lessons in an engaging and creative manner
- Create a positive and safe learning environment for students
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to improve teaching skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
- Teaching certification or license
- Experience teaching secondary school students preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Knowledge of current teaching practices and trends
