The teacher will also be responsible for assessing student progress and providing individualized support to ensure student success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or a related field
- Proven experience teaching secondary school students
- Strong knowledge of biology and current educational trends and methods
- Ability to integrate technology and hands-on activities into lessons
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
- Passion for inspiring and guiding students to reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing engaging and effective lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum
- Assessing student progress and providing individualized support to ensure student success
- Encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on experiences in the classroom
- Incorporating technology and current educational trends into lessons
- Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participating in professional development opportunities to remain current in the field
- Supporting school-wide initiatives and programs.
