**Job Title**: DTP Operator

**Department**: Design / Printing / Production

**Job Summary**:
The DTP Operator is responsible for designing, formatting, and preparing documents, graphics, and other materials for print and digital publication. The role requires expertise in design software, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit documents, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other materials using DTP software.
- Format text, images, and layouts to ensure high-quality output.
- Work with designers, marketing teams, and printers to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Convert and process files into print-ready formats (PDF, EPS, etc.).
- Proofread and check designs for errors before printing or publishing.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company standards.
- Operate printing and scanning equipment, if required.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Office**.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work with both print and digital publishing formats.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in pre-press file preparation and troubleshooting print issues is a plus.

**Experience**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in DTP or graphic design.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in **Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design, or a related field**.
- Experience in a **printing press, advertising agency, or publishing house** is advantageous.

Pay: ₹10,481.91 - ₹20,926.94 per month
