About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, formatting, and preparing documents, marketing materials, and publications to meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and format brochures, flyers, newsletters, reports, and other documents.
  • Ensure accuracy of layouts, fonts, graphics, and images as per company guidelines.
  • Edit and prepare text, graphics, and images for print and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure final files are print-ready and meet required specifications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to formatting and publishing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of printing standards, layouts, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
