**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive **test plans** and **test cases** to validate system functionality.
- Perform **functional**, **regression**, and **performance testing** to ensure product reliability.
- Utilize tools like **Selenium WebDriver** to automate web testing and write **XPath expressions** for effective testing.
- Conduct **API testing** using tools such as **Postman** or similar frameworks to validate backend services.
- Use **JMeter** to perform **load testing** and analyze system performance under various scenarios.
- Document and report software defects clearly and concisely, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for system improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in software testing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in software quality assurance/testing.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **Selenium WebDriver** and **XPath** for web automation testing.
- Experience in developing and managing **test plans** and **test cases**.
- Proficiency in **API testing** using tools like **Postman**.
- Knowledge of **JMeter** for load testing and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **Ranorex** for automation testing.
- Basic knowledge of the **mechanical** or **electrical domain**.
- Understanding of **Agile development methodologies**.
- Relevant certifications such as **ISTQB Certified Tester** are an advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
