Multiple years' experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer/ Tester
Experience in manual testing
Experience in automation testing
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially excellence in technical communications with peers who may be remote

Key job responsibilities

**As a Quality Assurance tester, you will**:
1. Work closely with engineers and business owners throughout the development and testing lifecycle, review requirements, specifications and technical design documents
2. Drive the creation of test plans and test cases, efficiently execute test cases across all functional and UI areas of our products
3. Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
4. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
5. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
6. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
8. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
9. Monitor debugging process results
10. Participate in and lead test planning efforts and communication of status

A day in the life

Several years of test engineering experience
Several years of experience with debugging and automation testing tools (Appium, Selenium, Jenkins, Postman, etc.)
Experience with tools and frameworks like Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, TestNG, and TestRail
Knowledge in CI/CD processes and tools
Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectivenes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
