**Responsibilities**:

- Daily inspection and upkeep of all assigned properties
- Supervise and assist in cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance
- Handle **electrical** and **plumbing** issues promptly
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors for **construction/renovation tasks**:

- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the facilities
- Maintain a maintenance checklist and resolve complaints within timelines
- Prepare reports of issues resolved, inventory used, and pending tasks

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in **property or facility maintenance**:

- Basic knowledge of **electrical systems, plumbing, construction, and cleaning tools**:

- Ability to handle maintenance work hands-on or coordinate with technicians
- Willingness to travel between property locations
- Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
