**About the Team**:
Citi Futures & OTC Clearing Technology supports a rapidly growing business that uses technological innovation to maintain competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market. Working closely with the business, external vendors and internal technology teams, you would build-out and maintain our next generation ETD and OTC clearing platforms. You would manage complex projects that will involve everything from incorporating a new functionality within the existing ecosystem, to analyzing new requirements, documenting solutions, managing implementation and testing systems, ensuring that they are fit for purpose. You would regularly work with a range of high-profile stakeholders.

**About the Role**:
***Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates activities of an IT project team, identifying necessary resources and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines.
- Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements.
- Develops requirement documentation.
- Communicates with project staff and clients regarding status of projects.
- Utilizes project management tools and provides project status tracking and metrics
- Utilizes project management tools and provides project status tracking, metrics and project estimates.
- Contributes to process improvement efforts.
- Utilizes good understanding of IT project leadership procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas.
- Evaluates business processes, system processes and industry standards.
- Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives.
- Provides guidance to new or lower level analysts.
- Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams.
- Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.

**Essential Skills/Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of BA experience.
- Experienced working in migration project.
- Ability to visualize work from micro to macro level detail.
- Working experience in Agile development and maintenance project.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and other bug/issue tracking tool.
- Working knowledge of MS Visio, MS Project or any other project tracking tool.
- Good knowledge of writing SQL scripts for data analysis.
- Clear communicator and ability to collaborate across multiple groups.
- Knowledge of any other programming language is advantage.
- OTC Clearing and ETD Product Knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated experience with ppt and visual representations.
- Strong knowledge of Financial services industry.
- Proven ability to work in high pressure environment.
- A team player attitude.
- Flexibility to work with a global team, across geographies and time zones.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.

**Education**:
