**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth operations and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, material receipts, and dispatches.
- Ensure timely and proper documentation of goods received and issued.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Prepare and share inventory reports with the management team.
- **Material Handling**:

- Coordinate material loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Supervise and assist labourers/workers during material handling to prevent damages.
- Ensure proper storage of materials in designated areas.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors and transporters for material deliveries and shipments.
- Verify quality and quantity of materials received as per purchase orders.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines in all store operations.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control practices.
- Proficiency in handling material loading and unloading processes.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Title**: Purchase/Store - Executive

**Location**: Chennai
