Job Description**:Delivery Boy and Store Assistant**

Vaccency: Delivery Boy**(1)** and Store Assistant**(1)**

Location**:Chennai**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Delivery Duties:
**Deliver Goods**: Transport products from the store to customers’ addresses in a safe and timely manner.

Route Optimization: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and ensure timely service.

**Customer Service**: Interact with customers during deliveries, addressing questions and resolving any issues professionally.

**Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.

**Documentation**: Collect and verify delivery receipts, obtain customer signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records.

Store Assistant Duties:
**Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.

**Stock Management**: Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive.

**Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and credit card payments accurately.

**Store Maintenance**: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and managing waste.

**Sales Support**: Assist with visual merchandising, promotional activities, and product placement to enhance store appearance and drive sales.

**Experience**: 0 to 1

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a dynamic environment.

Basic maths skills and experience with cash handling.

Ability to lift and carry packages.

Previous experience in retail, delivery, or customer service is a plus.
