**Job Overview**
**The sales Coordinator is responsible for **coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Pre-Sales Coordination**
- Understanding the enquiry and identifying relevant vendors/stock items for the same
- Floating the enquiries to the right vendors and receiving pricing from them
- Coordinate with concerned person for pricing of stock items
- Preparing quotations and sending the same to salesperson/customers
- Follow up and negotiation with customers for the quotations
**Post Sales Coordination**
- Update Sales Orders
- Coordinate with Procurement to check Procurement Status
- Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics for Dispatch Status
- Coordinate with Service & Maintenance Team for Service Status
- Follow Up with Clients for Payments
**After-Sales Service**
- Understand and attend to clients’ grievances related to product and service
- Facilitating service support for defective products and ensuring that the issue is resolved
- Managing issues that arise due to defaults on the part of the customer.
**MIS & Reporting**
- Updating Sales Registers
- Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports
**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Travel requirement:
- No travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wagle Estate, Thane - 400604, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
