Role Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents and Dynamics 365.
- Configure and maintain environments, environment security, on-premises data gateway and data loss prevention policies within the Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to troubleshoot issues which aren’t under the scope of self-service.
- Manage Power platform environments and enhance the existing toolkits which monitor and govern the services.
- Support the Power BI platform, and inform actionable insights to business users for any new changes.
- Monitor the performance and health of Power Platform environments, troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis, and coordinate platform-related issues with the vendor.
- Implement and enforce the Power Platform environment's governance policies, best practices, and security standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and enhancements in the Power Platform and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Work closely with the enablement teams to educate and empower them to leverage the Power Platform effectively.

Key Competencies / Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Power Platform Admin or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in administering and configuring the Microsoft Power Platform suite and its licensing model, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365 and Power Virtual Agents.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform security, environments management, and data loss prevention.
- Experience in designing and developing Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Power Automate workflows and automating business processes.
- Strong understanding of Power BI and the ability to develop reports and dashboards for data visualization.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues within the Power Platform environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Administrator Associate or equivalent are preferred.
