**The Role**

We are looking for a motivated individual who has the hunger to learn and grow with the role. The day to day responsibilities of the role would be to:

- Run kiosks and sampling of our products inside large supermarkets to reach maximum customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service while gathering feedback of our products
- Understand the products & sales process of Peping, meeting both short-term and long-term sales goals
- Train and supervise other promoters to ensure they have the knowledge about the products and are able to deliver great customer service
- Identify customer needs and offer insights to enhance the product portfolio based on interactions and feedback

**What You'll Need**
- Having a 2-wheeler will help you with mobility and doing a better job
- Being well-versed in Kannada is a bonus though not mandatory. Fluent in English is a must

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- FMCG sales: 1 year (required)
