Key Responsibilities:

- **Mentoring**:Advising and guiding undergraduate and graduate students, supervising thesis research, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- **Curriculum Development**:Contributing to the development and revision of Pharmaceutics curriculum.
- **Service**:Participating in departmental activities, committees, and university-wide initiatives.
- **Professional Development**:Staying current with advancements in the field through continuous learning and professional development.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other faculty members, researchers, and industry partners to advance knowledge and innovation in Pharmaceutics.

Qualifications:

- **PhD in Pharmaceutics or a related field**: A doctoral degree is typically required for this position,.
- **Proven teaching experience**: Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and engage students.
- **Strong research record**: A track record of published research and research funding.
- **Experience in guiding students**: Experience mentoring and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: The ability to effectively communicate complex information and work collaboratively with others.
- **Proficiency in relevant software and technologies**: Familiarity with computer software, analytical instruments, and other relevant tools used in Pharmaceutics research and teaching.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
