**Job Title**: Tool Room Engineer (Injection Moulding)

**Location**: Hosur, Krishnagiri Plant

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years

**Salary Range**: Up to ₹26,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance and repair of moulds, jigs, and fixtures used in injection moulding machines.
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify and resolve potential issues in tools and moulds.
- Modify and fine-tune tools and moulds based on production requirements.
- Operate and maintain tool room equipment such as milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize mould performance.
- Maintain proper documentation of tool repairs, modifications, and maintenance schedules.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies during tool handling and maintenance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tool room operations, specifically for injection moulding.
- Proficiency in operating tool room machinery and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of injection moulding processes and tool design principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
