**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Sales Coordinator** to join our team. This is an office-based role that involves supporting the sales process from lead generation to project execution. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client communication, timely follow-ups, and effective project coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations from the office.
- Generate new leads through online research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Handle initial lead calls and understand customer requirements.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments to align sales and project timelines.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and execution teams.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales coordination, customer support, or business development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Experience in handling B2B sales coordination or project-based services is a plus.
- Fluency in English

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
