**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various IT roles within the company.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions that attract the right talent.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

**Required Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable with a good appearance, reflecting the companys professional image.

Strong IT technical knowledge, with familiarity in Angular, React JS, ASP.NET, Node JS, MERN stack, MEAN stack, front-end development, and back-end development.

Hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Good knowledge of Keka software and other HRMS tools.
