Job Summary
The Benefits Launch Implementation Representative II performs US benefit-related functions, including implementation and technical configuration for newly onboarded UKG Inc.’s customers, who utilize the UKG Pro Benefit Administration product offering.
This position requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual that can assist with software launches, problem solving and solutioning and demonstrate innovation for process improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing Implementation activities and tasks related to configuration of UKG Pro Benefits Administration
- Meet established service level agreements of timelines and quality of work
- Follow the standard launch methodology
- Complete assigned project tasks as outlined in Client Project Plan
- Preliminary data review, Data conversion load and Discrepancy resolution
- Working with Lead System Consultants on multiple, concurrent projects
- Experience of working in project-based environments
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

**Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in US Benefits Implementation teams or related experience in a US benefits administration processes
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com./B.Sc./B.A.)
- Open to work in India night shifts (EST hours). This role requires 24X7 operations, we are looking for someone who is ready work in rotational and the Night Shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- UKG Pro Benefits Administration experience or related software
- Working knowledge of employee life-cycle benefits administration, related regulations and ERISA guidelines, HIPAA Compliance
