**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Question Development:

- Prepare well-researched, accurate, and curriculum-aligned questions in mathematics, physics, or science as per the company’s guidelines and requirements.
- Ensure questions cover various difficulty levels, from basic to advanced, catering to a wide range of learners.
**- Content Review & Accuracy**:

- Verify the accuracy of the questions and solutions, ensuring they adhere to educational standards and guidelines.
- Regularly update and improve the question bank based on feedback and the latest trends in education.
**- Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content development team to align question content with overall learning objectives and standards.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm new ideas for question formats, assessments, and learning methods.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Completion of or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with educational tools and question design software is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- A keen eye for detail and accuracy when creating questions and reviewing content.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into understandable questions.
**- Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain answers and solutions clearly.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or educational content creation is a plus.
- Passion for education and a desire to create engaging and impactful learning materials.
