**# URGENT REQUIREMENT** **Nursing Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Human Physiology Expert**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Nursing Subject Matter Expert (SME) with specialization in Human Physiology** to collaborate with our animation and content development teams in creating scientifically accurate and visually engaging animated content. This role bridges the gap between clinical expertise and creative storytelling, ensuring that human anatomy, physiology, and healthcare practices are represented with realism and clarity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert consultation to animators, scriptwriters, and designers on human physiology, nursing practices, and medical scenarios.
- Review and validate storyboards, scripts, and animation drafts for clinical accuracy and anatomical correctness.
- Collaborate with writers and producers to translate complex physiological processes into engaging, understandable animated sequences.
- Develop or review educational objectives and ensure alignment with clinical or academic standards.
- Ensure cultural and ethical sensitivity in the depiction of medical procedures, patients, and healthcare environments.
- Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on content direction, pacing, and conceptual clarity.
- Stay current on medical advancements and best practices relevant to animation projects (e.g., patient care, anatomy education, medical procedures).

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing (BSC, MSC); strong foundation in Human Physiology and Pathophysiology.
