**Position**: Tender Executive
**Experience**: 2+ yrs of experience
**Report to**: Director

**Key Responsibility**:

- Prepared and submitted bids, including technical and financial documents, to secure new business opportunities.
- Managed the bidding process, coordinating with partners and following up with clients to ensure timely and successful submissions.
- Compiled and prepared bid submission documents, including tender questionnaires and prequalifications.
- Coordinated authorization processes with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Created and maintained product catalogs, quotations, and bid documents.
- GEM portal (Bid submission, price estimation, products upload, technical specification etc.)
- Operate **GEM Portal**.
- Knowledge about RDSO, RITES, TPI(Third Party Inspection).
- E-Bidding or e-tendering/ tender submission on portals.
- Lead Generation and business development with Clients.
- Tender document preparation with a respective manner.
- Customer DealingPrice Estimation
- Customer Calling for Tender generate.
- GEM portal(Bid submission, price estimation, products upload, technical specification etc.)
- Developing relationships with clients and other
- stakeholders in the industry to foster new business
- Opportunitieswithin the company.
- Vendor Assessment paymentfollow up.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
