Job Title: Tendering and Procurement Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Tendering & Portal Management**:

- Manage GeM Portal (create categories, upload products, and tendering).
- Handle E-Tendering and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
- Submit documents (general, technical, commercial) on various portals (GeM, CPP, MP, Defence, State Govt.).
- **Tender Preparation & Submission**:

- Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, FDRs, and DDs as per tender requirements.
- Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with company requirements.
- Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
- **Vendor Registration & Coordination**:

- Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
- Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop.
- Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks (salary/attendance registers).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and communication in English and Hindi.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
