Senior Search Engine Optimisation Executive

Location - Hyderabad
- SEO Strategy
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
- Keyword Research
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for content optimization.
- Website Content Optimisation
- Optimize website content, including images, landing pages, blog articles, and product descriptions, for search engines and user engagement.
- On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, to improve website visibility and authority.
- Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing by search engines.
- Monitor
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- SEO Trends & Algorithms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
- Competition Tracking
- Analyse competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead in organic search rankings.
- Report
- Generate reports to present the impact and rankings to the marketing team and management and present actionable insights to showcase the further steps to improve or maintain the rankings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of SEO experience working for an personal care/beauty/FMCG brand.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO implementation and improved website rankings.
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics are a plus.
- Experience with Shopify website and web analytics tools and SEO softwares.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Familiarity with technical SEO including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website optimization.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple data sources simultaneously.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.

**Language**: Fluency in the local language will be an advantage & English & Hindi

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
