PURPOSE OF JOB:

- Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
- Canvassing and sourcing of New Customers to increase Gold loan Business Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.
- Achieving business targets as laid down by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them.
- Deposit sourcing and fund mobilization.
- Ensure the number of log in along with disbursement Gold Appraisal, Revenue generations through Cross Selling products, Interest Collection.
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Customer Relationship and Follow-up Maintenance of important registers and daily reports, Cash Management and accounting Direct Marketing of Cross selling products at branches for insurance other allied products.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pollachi, Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (required)
