**Key Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**: The CRM Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including but not limited to:

- Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Oversee the administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and general office support.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery.
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
