we are hiring for, home loan sales for Chennai & Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients to discuss their home loan needs and financial situation.
- Explain different loan products and options available.
- **Loan Application Processing**:

- Collect and verify client documentation, including income, credit history, employment, and other relevant information.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness.
- Determine the eligibility of applicants for various loan products.
- Calculate loan amounts and terms based on clients' financial information.
- **Loan Approval and Closing**:

- Work with underwriters to get loans approved.
- Communicate loan approval status to clients.
- Assist clients with the closing process, ensuring all documents are signed and conditions met.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all loans comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay updated on changes to lending laws and guidelines.
- **Customer Service**:

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
