**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize marketing activities on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Upwork.
- Assist in designing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies for the company's online presence.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing content.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online presence. (not mandatory)

**Requirements**:

- MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
- 0-1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT domain.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics like LinkedIn, SEO, and Upwork.
- Ability to support and enhance sales initiatives through marketing.
- Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal (a mandatory requirement).
