Reach out to potential audience to present our product and service offering
- Learn details about our courses and fees structure regularly
- Always provide correct information to the students
- Address any questions or issues students may have
- Always strive towards meeting sales targets
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales team
- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
- Provide Training to other telemarketers when required
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to the manager
- Always communicate respectfully and politely with customers.
- Always enter and update customer information in the Zoho Platform.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear mask regularly. Common floors are sanitized regularly. Temperature check is made.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kollam, Kollam - 690518, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
