A marketing assistant cum tele caller female for a landscaping business is expected to handle a mix of marketing support tasks and telephone-based customer outreach This dual role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and offering administrative support to ensure smooth business operations Below is a detailed job description for this position Responsibilities Initiate and answer calls to generate leads and inform clients about landscaping services Follow up on inquiries convert leads to clients and maintain regular communication Support digital and offline marketing campaigns including market research and report preparation Maintain and update the client database ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on leads Schedule meetings site visits and appointments for field staff as needed Assist in preparing sales proposals promotional materials and other marketing documents Handle administrative duties such as organizing office records drafting communications and providing customer service Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in marketing business administration or a related field preferred Prior experience in sales telecalling or customer service is desirable Excellent verbal and written English communication skills additional regional language proficiency may be a plus Good working knowledge of office and CRM software such as Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational time management and multitasking skills Proactive attitude problem-solving ability and a goal-oriented approach Skills Persuasive and clear communication Lead generation and business development Customer relationship management Telemarketing and telesales Basic digital marketing email social media Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Scheduling and reporting Coordination and teamwork 2 Wheeler License Age below 45 Years This position combines frontline outreach with behind-the-scenes support directly contributing to business growth in the landscaping sector Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
